The CSMs (Customer Success Managers) ensures that customers and partners are utilising our solutions successfully. We are the link between customers and the rest of the organisation, and we ensure progress and clear communication. The team also works as a listening post in the market, which catches challenges, areas with potential for improvement, trends and other important information that is pivotal for building strong client relationships.

What Support & Campaign Operations do
We maintain the satisfied customer
The Support & Campaign Operations team handle most inquiries from our customers and monitor the performance of their marketing campaigns. We strive to provide excellent support by solving requests swiftly and with clear communication. Because of our active role in monitoring campaigns, we provide valuable insights for our developers to improve the product.
Our team is both the face of the company and the first line of defence when it comes to keeping the operations running smoothly.

The Content team strives to create engaging user experiences online. We produce digital ads and landing pages that we customise for each project’s potential target groups. A thoughtful design that matches the brand of the project is crucial to capture the end-users attention.
